Refund Process

Return/Refund Policy

Returns including Gifts, Sale Items, or Custom Orders

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item/product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return at this time by www.dexterchestongallery.com

Any item/product without proof of purchase that was issued by www.dexterchestongallery.com may not be eligible for return at this time by www.dexterchestongallery.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All purchased products from www.dexterchestongallery.com will include a purchased receipt sent via email within 24hours from the time of purchase. 

 

In order to start the return or exchange process, please make sure the product comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of sale: 

  • The product must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and security seal still attached
  • The return must be requested via online Return/Refund form below.
  • The product was purchased online on www.dexterchestongallery.com
  • The return (parcel) provided to the courier within 24hours from return authorization
  • The return (parcel) can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region

For any purchased product return request within 14 days of the purchase date and comply with our return policy can be refunded, accordingly.

For any purchased product return request after 15 days of the purchase date and  comply with our return policy can be exchanged for online credit towards any future purchases, and minus return shipping charges, accordingly.

For any purchased custom/special order return request within 14 days of purchase date and comply with our return policy can be refunded, minus any pre-payments, accordingly. Complete details will always be provided upon the service requested.

For any purchased custom/special order return request after 15 days of the purchase date and comply with our return policy can be exchanged for online credit towards any future purchases, minus any pre-payments, and minus return shipping charges, accordingly. Complete details will always be provided upon the service requested.  

For any purchased sample sale product, a return can be requested at any time and  comply with our return policy can be exchanged for online credit towards any future purchases, and minus return shipping charges, accordingly.

For wardrobe stylist pulls/borrows, a return can be requested at any time and comply with our return policy can be refunded for a full charge back, minus any pre-payments, and minus return shipping charges, accordingly. Complete details will be provided upon the service requested.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, undamaged purchased products delivered and received undamaged; that have been damaged or altered without written consent cannot be accepted or not eligible for return/reimbursement.

Shipping Back a Return

For eligible return/reimbursement, simply Contact Us requesting a return kit that will include our complete return policy plus our return form – all that will need to be reviewed, completed and included with all return shipments. Following your email request, we will reply back with instructions on how to complete your return kit as well as next steps in order to quickly action your request.

Once you receive your return kit, you will also receive the correct address to use when shipping back your return.

You will be responsible for tracking your own shipping as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you via email of your item/product refund status. 

If your item refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, a refund will be electronically/automatically applied to your original method of payment within seven days by www.dexterchestongallery.com. Therefore, you may confirm the refund receipt within a certain amount of days depending on the fund return transfer policy of your original method of payment.

All exchange credits will be refunded via shopping certificate by www.dexterchestongallery.com to be used throughout the www.dexterchestongallery.com online store at anytime during the life of the online store.
